Return & Refund Policy

We’re happy to accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item you received is defective or not as described.

To help us review your request promptly and efficiently , a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is required.

Non-Returnable Product

  • The Rudra Abhishek Pooja Kit is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refund Deductions

For all eligible returns (excluding the Rudra Abhishek Pooja Kit), the following deductions will apply:
  • ₹250 convenience charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the ₹100 COD charge is non-refundable.
  • Total deduction for COD orders: ₹350

Return Request Timeline

A return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return request, a valid unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
  • Be a single, continuous, unedited recording.
  • Start before opening the outer packaging.
  • Clearly show the sealed parcel from all sides.
  • Capture the complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • Clearly display the product received.
Return requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) must be provided.
